Community partnerships are vital to Central England Academy Trust. Through partnerships pupils are given opportunities to access potential employment openings alongside experiencing and learning about the rich and varied heritage and culture of the local area. Community partnerships provide opportunities for pupils and families to experience new ventures and to take on new challenges which may be out of their comfort zone in order to build resilience; develop social and communication skills and increase their confidence and self-esteem. A truly collaborative partnership is a two-way process and brings to the forefront the wide range of skills and the value our young people can bring to the local community and to the world of work.
